As a private custom home builder in Austin, Mike Harrington began construction on a home for his family in the early 1990s, but before construction was even completed, an eager customer made an offer on the project. Mike sold that home and immediately started on a second home for his family. Another offer, and Mike sold that home to begin construction on a third. Five homes and five sales later, Mike Harrington found himself in the custom homebuilding business.
